Tight Cuts In Lakewood Center

Went in for a simple cut. Just want the top layered. Went home, washed it, styled it and it wasn't even close to what I asked for. Went back 4 days later had the same stylist redo it. Even took a photo with me to show her what it was. Thought she had it right that time but when I washed it and tried it again it was worse than the first time! Now I have 2" sideburns. Not good on a lady! And certainly not worth $40! Went to another salon and spent $25 getting it fixed. But since the sideburns are so short it's going to take months for it to grow out so that I can do anything with it at all.



I wear my hair up a lot but can't now. If I put it in a pony tail or up in a barrette then these sideburn pieces stick straight out from my head! It's pretty bad when your own husband laughs at how ridiculous it looks!



Went in to request a refund. Was told I would have to wait a half hour for the manager to finish with her client or she could call me later. I left my number. When she called she said that they only do cash refunds within 1 week of the cut. They'd be happy to give me another cut and a deep conditioning treatment for my trouble. I think not. Will never go back and will certainly never recommend them.
