Quitman County Elementary School is a learning center that provides educational classes to more than 450 students in kindergarten through grade three. It has a library media center that supports the school curriculum and assists students in the use of current and appropriate information and encourages reading as a lifetime activity. Quitman County Elementary School provides educational classes in various subjects, such as art, music, basic skills, math, science, social studies, reading, creative writing, spelling, and health and physical education. The school has a team of guidance counselors that counsel students regarding personal and academic problems. Quitman County Elementary School is a part of the Quitman County School District and is located in Lambert, Miss.
