Impressed with atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Great customer service, informative consultation and even have friends that are seeing great results. Entire staff made my experience relaxing and special. Highly recommend this Spa.

Terrible results! It was the most painful experience ever! The results were minimal and the hair all came back after a couple months. Don't buy the groupon! Pay the money and go to a place with real doctors. Trust me, you will be throwing away your money!

I would not recommend using the laser services at this business. I purchased a package of 3 laser treatments. That is typical with maybe an additional treatment if necessary. In Michigan you do not have to be licensed so there really isn't much regulation. It did NOT work at all! When I called to let them know, they then informed me that it would take 8-12 treatments. Really? that is the first time I ever heard that. Is their laser as strong as in a doctor office? It was a complete waste of time and a LOT of money!!!!
