I just purchased my second phone and line from the Ottawa Rd Verizon. I purchased my 1st from Lambertville store, which I deviated from the Ottawa store, where I bought previous ones, but I live very close to this one. What a mistake. It’s been a year and I am still upset at the service I received there. I bought my phone and the girl was only interested in selling the phone. She did not and could not transfer my phone pic and files. Sure she copied my contacts, but that’s all she knew how to do. I ended up losing all my years of pics and info for good. I learned my lesson. The Ottawa Rd guys know their stuff. I would never recommend that store unless you don’t care about what is on your old phone. There is no technical expertise there. Never Again!!!! BEWARE

I went to this Verizon last week and was grateful for the excellent service. No pressure, just information and recommendations. I left to think about what they had to offer and returned the next day to purchase I-phone and 2 phone plans. The sales person was really helpful and Kathy the Manager helped the next day with a minor issue. judy fox
