Provided by YP.comThis was the absolute worst haircut that I have ever received! I asked for a wet scissors cut and the so-called stylist didn't appear to know what wet meant. It ended up being a dry scissors cut after I came in from a windy day. Truly a BAD HAIR DAY! don't know where this gal got her training, but it wasn't much. June 16, 2016 at Ellsworth, Maine. Walmart - never again!
