Provided by YP.comOur AC unit was making a terrible sound and was not cooling like it should. On the day of my appointment I got a heads-up call from the office that the technician was on his way over. Michael came out, inspected the unit and let me know we needed a new condenser fan motor. He was able to repair it right then, and the whole appointment took about 30 to 40 minutes. Michael was professional, courteous and easy to talk to. I feel the price was reasonable. We were afraid that we were going to have to replace our whole system since it is 17 years old. The team has been great answering questions I've had about replacing our system and the HERO program. We've always gotten great service from this company.

We had service by Jesse G. today. It was excellent. Jesse arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem in just a couple of minutes and had the AC up and running in less than 45 minutes. We would certainly have Affordable Air come back if we need service again. We are in the Quarts Hill area of Palmdale. HF
