As a boutique portrait photographer, I offer a service and experience that is much different from that of a chain studio. My sessions are personalized to your specific wants and needs and are never rushed, and you will never be treated like a number. I take a limited number of sessions each month so that I can focus on giving every client and their images the attention that they deserve. My main goals are to provide you with images that will be cherished by you and your loved ones for generations to come, and to provide you with an experience that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated from start to finish.My style is defined as organic, simple and clean. I prefer to capture newborns in a way that focuses on their natural beauty and purity, rather than with a wide array of props and wild hats or headbands. Although I will use a hat or headband here and there to bring a little something extra into an image, I believe that the point of a newborn portrait is to capture your baby just the way he or she is, a tiny new life, simple and pure.Newborn sessions are by far my favorite type of session! It is such an honor to be a part of such a special time in peoples lives and the feeling of happiness and joy that I get to share with each new family is incredible. Every baby and every session is different and I love getting to know each family and seeing how their brand new baby brings a new level of love into their lives. By specializing in newborns, I am able to not only truly focus on what makes my heart sing but I feel that it gives me an advantage by being able to really master my craft inside and out, rather than dabbling in a little bit of everything. Although I have photographed families, older children, and even weddings in the past, I found that nothing compares to the feeling I get when capturing a tiny new life, and that's why I made the decision to focus on maternity and newborn portraiture.Every tiny toe, every delicate finger, every sweet smilethey are a reminder of just how precious life is and how important it is to capture every detail. The first weeks of your babys life will go by so quickly and I want to preserve these moments for you so that you can look back and remember the precious new baby that once was.
