It would have been nice if this company would have let it's customers know that they were going belly up. Especially those with existing paid up Maintenance Contracts. I figured something was up, when I called several times over 2 weeks to get an appointment.and no one answered the phone or returned my calls. There is a new Business at there old address. These guys are gone. Shame on you Joe Carnevali I guess I'll have to see if you will give my money when I see you at Church in Quartz Hill.

Our family purchased three units for our house 18 months ago. We were under 24 months parts and labor warranty. We haven't had any issues our first year and our second year we needed very minor maintenance that needed done. My wife and I had to call multiple (7) times in 4 day period to return our call. Charged $150 to change dirty filter. month later, we had a power outages in our neighborhood which cause one of the fuse to burn. I left a message and no return call. We decided to call other local company to replace burn fuse. If you are planing on purchasing unit from this company please be aware. They do not honor their warranty and it will take about 4 to 5 days for return call if they decide to call back.

Joe and the C&D Refrigeration team provide outstanding service. Even though they are based in Lancaster, CA, they still are very responsive to where I am at (Palmdale, CA). Simply the best in air conditioning installation, service and repair!

My furnace went out suddenly overnight...and I woke to a very cold house! I called up C&D and they had a repair man at my home in less than 40 minutes. He was respectful, helpful and explained all the work he was doing BEFORE he completed it. He had to leave at one point to get a part, but was back in about 15 minutes, and completed the repairs within 2 hours from the time I made the phone call to paying the bill! Tito provided excellent service, and ensured that I new everything I needed to know to make sure my furnace works as efficiently as possible!

Every business should be like this business! Everything was easy and timely and they installed and adjusted our new heating unit in just a few days with no hassles and billed us later! They are a great place to do business!
