I tried to have my windshield fixed her but, in the end, I'm going ANYWHERE but here!! I called last week to make a Saturday appointment. Showed up in plenty of time but, there was No Place to park, couldn't even get close to the shop (you have to enter at the recycle place next door). I sat in my car for over 30 minutes, waiting for the drive to clear from all the vehicles with their bottles & cans. Driveway never cleared so, I locked my car, leaving it double parked on Division St. and I walked up to the office and spoke with a "Younger" guy, telling him I have an appt to get windshield replaced, his response,"So, you still have to wait!" Sorry but, NO I DON'T!! I turned, got back in my car and left. After walking up to the office, I wouldn't have driven up the drive anyway. I just had new tires put on my car, there was sooooo much broken glass and crap all over the drive, the risk to the tires was greater than the few dollars I would have saved on the glass

Horrible way to run a business. I don't believe that they earned 5 stars because they didn't even demonstrate 3 stars worth of work. They have been giving me the run around for a week, and the result was still same the answer they gave me when i went to them in the beginning of the week wait till tomorrow. I'm a paying customer oh needed a job done and chuys auto glass failed at their duty miserably

This place is badass! I took my 98 328i BMW here to change my front windshield. They finished the job in 20 mins. Unless there is someone in front of you getting theirs fixed then it takes approximately 40-60 mins altogether (labor and wait). But the service is great! And the best part is, they have the best prices on windshield replacement! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a quality windshield and save some cash. Chuy is the man!

I called chuy's and told them that I needed a window for my 2005 Nissan Altima drivers side and the had it before I could arrive. It was new and a very good price

chuys auto glass is the best auto repair in lancaster ca. because they are good fair priced and fast service,everytime I've ever went to them they have exceptional customer service,they are attentive to my needs and they have never tried to over charge me they also explain what they are doing and why.They always seem to have the parts I need for my car and I have an older model car(1990 nissan maxima). I just appreciate haveing a mechanic I can trust being a woman I have been over charged various times I bought my car used when buying a used car their are certain things that need to be done to the car to get it running right so I take my car to chuys now and have no worries that the work will not only be done right (but) I will be charged fairly for the parts and labor.I highly recommed chuys to anyone that wants to make sure that everything is fair.....Thank You...
