I went in today to ask if they could trim my brows. I'm growing my brows out and wasn't ready to wax. I offered to pay for someone to trim them. The gentleman who is a nail tech there turned around and said something to a woman who I assume does the waxing and he said "no trim". So then I said "I see a sign that you wax can I just get my brows waxed then and she can also trim them?" He ignored me and walked away so I then followed the man and asked "do you do eyebrow wax here" he said "ya" and then ignored me again and started working on a customers nails. All the time every person in the nail salon including the employees could saw me asking for a brow wax... a service they claim to provide and he ignored me and said no! It's too bad because This Walmart is closer to my home and I much prefer it to avenue j but the da vi on avenue j trims my brows for $3. I would've paid more than that or even just gotten them waxed here as I was pretty desperate it being Friday and I'm going out tonight but apparently they don't need customers. I would suggest going to a nail salon who wants your business. People who need he money and are willing to provide you with customer service.
