My husband and I needed help with on going problems with our 1998 Jeep and Chris attentively went over the whole Jeep showing us everything that was needed and helping us in a manner you don't seem to come by any more.

On 2/10/2016 Anir changed the oil in my Rav 4, this was in preparation for a trip to Oregon. On 2/15 2016 my engine seized in Oregon on my return home. I had it towed to a Toyota dealership. On 2/16/2016 they contacted me after diagnosing the problem. A tool used to drain the oil was left in the vehicle causing only minimal if any oil getting to the engine. Pictures and a report are available. The email report from the dealer is below. The oil change resulted in severe damage to the engine. The current estimate is 7600.50 and there may be more damage. I contacted the owners on 2/16/16 and asked for insurance and last names, they refused I asked again on 2/17/16, they refused. I have also emailed them, no contact has been made to me. They were emailed pictures and the description of the damage by the dealer on 2/17/2016. Thus far they have not contacted me and have not offered any payment for the damage they caused.
