Provided by YP.comThe dispatch female doesn’t know the difference between a Mercedes and a BMW, she also doesn’t know the difference between black and white and my experience with M&O Towing goes down hill FAST from there! My 09 black BMW 535i broke down. I have towing through AARP and gave them a call. AARP gave me a 1 hour arrival time then connected me to M&O Towing to give them my information, vehicle type and where I wanted my car delivered. I know I told the ‘female’ dispatcher the right make, model and color of my car. Female repeated info and told me about an hour but, probably faster because ‘we’re not that busy right now’. 1 1/2 hours later, I called M&O Towing, asking how much longer? Same female dispatcher told me that the driver went past my location but didn’t see a white Mercedes so he kept going. WHAT? First, I am sitting with a clear view, facing the street and can see the entire parking area, Not 1 Tow truck went past so someone is very mistaken and Second, I am in a BLACK BMW! Female dispatcher kept repeating White Mercedes, I would say black bmw, she would repeat white Mercedes. Finally she just said that the driver would call me in 10 minutes, after he finished current call, with ETA. Ok. I’m not going anywhere. About 5 minutes later, M&O Towing pulled up behind my car and I see driver grab phone, my phone rings. Driver for M&O Towing on the line to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. Excuse me? I step away from the building to the side of my car and laugh a bit saying,”5 minutes? You’re parked behind my car right now.” Driver puts down phone and said something out the window, I yelled back that I can’t hear because of noise of truck. Driver opens door, stands and yells, “you give me attitude and I’m leaving!” Sits back down in truck and leaves! First I call M&O, I told the female dispatcher what had happened & same female dispatcher who sent the driver asked me his name? I described him as a 30-40 something, bigger black man. She put me on hold for a few minutes then disconnected me! Really nice!! I called AARP, filed a complaint against the Tow company, the really smart(?) dispatcher and the horribly rude driver! Thank goodness AARP sent another company, A & D Towing. Wonderful driver, Andre, apologized for the horrific experience with M&O Towing. He notified me by text, ETA and updated he would be earlier. If I ever need a tow again, I will demand that they send A&D Towing!
