I have used this company's services for several years now and I am consistently impressed by the people and management here. Mistakes are rarer than at our last service, the price is actually less than we were paying our last service (especially under the Advanced Service Plan that we have now) and the people are just plain friendlier! Our accounting team appreciates that our invoiced charges are far more stable than the huge fluctuations that we had before, making budgeting easier. I am constantly impressed at the technology that they have available for our account, yet have down to earth attitudes that our clients really like. Not at all like so many call center employees.
