After collecting the $75 on the initial visit, they dragged their feet in ordering parts for my washer to fix it even though most was under warranty. Never seemed truthful of the situation and obviously I wasn't a priority on his list. After 7 weeks, the manufacturer tells me he didn't want the job or couldn't do the job. I talked to him half an hour before and did not mention wanting to back out of the work. This job was over his head and expertise, but didn't have the gall to just discuss with me after dragging the issue for 7 weeks. If he tells you "I'll get back with you", don't believe it. Very poor outfit with no communication.
