Great service always friendly

I only give ONE star for the cleanness and organization of the store. BUT, I have been a proud dog owner for 9 years now and I can say I have NEVER been satisfied with their grooming. I have decided too no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. My terrier came home with red marks all over and when I called about it they said "they were already there." I assure you, they were not. They were fresh red new wounds. They also seem to think adding their own "flare" or "cut style" is cute or something I hate it. They should cut the hair as you request not make them look like poodle or some other animal. This is only minimal things. They have also kept my dogs for 10plus hours even tho I called a WEEK in advance for an APPOINTMENT. I had to cancel all plans that day because I expected her back sooner. Thanks for the heads up. Very unprofessional when it comes to their grooming. Also WAY too over priced. Why bother.. Ugh remind me why I even go here again.... Oh ya, i don't. Their punks and are rude. They need evaluate their staff better too many people don't care about our pets and I definitely do not want my dog to end up in the hands of a careless "worker"

Both the young ladies that helped me find what I needed for my huge fish tank, were knowledgeable of the products I needed. Also, the young lady at the register, was also courteous.. They are an asset to the company, and I will shop there again, because of this !!
