I could not wait to the lease was over, this place is horrible thanks to the staff who never repairs anything, always tell you it will be put on a list and 1 year later it is never repaired. Gia the manager is lazy, never around and very condescending like you owe her for her time; she is rude and always acting like she is in a hurry; not a professional person whatsoever, the place is never kept up and the pool is always filthy, lights take forever to get replaced outside. Run as fast as you can.

DON'T MOVE INTO THESE APTS. I've had things stolen out of my garage, my grill stolen off of my porch, and my tires slashed. Theres cameras in the apts but of course they don't work. I had things that needed to be fixed i came a couple days before the new for a work order Gia didn't put it in because they were having inspections and she needed the maintenance mans full attention on cleaning up her mess it took three days for me to get my sink and toilet fixed. I had to complain to corporate to get it done, only for a half a$$ job. I had to put in another work order because water was shooting out from under my sink because he didn't connect the hose back to the sink. Lets also mention how the office is closed A LOT and you have to go in there to put money on a laundry card. I went one day and the office eas closed early and i seen Gia sitting on her porch talking. Now Im getting evicted for being late on my rent after explaining to Gia about my situation. I tried to pay, but they refused it. When we went to court their lawyer tried to make a deal all i asked for was for them not to put the eviction on my record, im a single mother of 3 everyone knows how hard it is to get a place with an eviction on your record. They didn't want to settle, they didnt want to accept tge rent money plus late fees I had ready to give. They are heartless all because my rent is 719$ and for new tenants its 845$ . Thats fine i was willing to leave if that meant not having an eviction. They didn't care don't move here they don't believe people have hardships!
