Provided by YP.comFirst of all the sales person was great to deal with he show us a lot of selections that meet our needs and budget . my wife and eyes chose something that we liked . the installers showed up on time they kept the backyard as neat as possible . it was a joy to watch the pool come to life and surprisingly enough they actually finished it a little before they said . It was our first summer with a pool and we loved it and we been recommending Beauty Pools to all our friends .

Provided by YP.comUnprofessional customer service, shoddy workmanship/craftsmanship, and poor service maintenance/repairs. The masonry and construction people at Beauty Pools did a really subpar job installing our pool, especially affixing the decorative tiles along the wall of our pool and the paver collar around the perimeter of our pool. We've lost countless decorative tiles, and a number of pavers along the perimeter of our pool that are dangerously loose and represent a hazard to family/friends. It's impossible getting Beauty Pools to address and correct these issues or fix anything in a timely, workmanlike manner. Also, the integrity of the masonry joints continues to fail at an alarming rate. Moreover, the maintenance personnel and back office service department are atrocious. Service calls, requests and in-person conversations regularly go unanswered and unreported. the level of ineptitude displayed by the service department at Beauty Pools borders on the imbecilic. Buyer Beware!! DO NOT USE

Provided by YP.comLove my Gunite Beauty Pool have had it 8 years. I had two problems in 2011 which were fixed in 3 days by Beauty Pools no charge. Also, they have a A+ - Better Business Bureau rating. Best

Provided by YP.comThey don't stand behind their "life time" guarantees, and my gunite pool has multiple cracks and is leaking. I have had to file a complaint in court to try and get them to respond. The quality and service is horrific! I'm finding out now that these guys have a horrible reputation. Don't believe their website, as they take down any poor reviews.
