Cozy homes came out yesterday and they did a number of things from installing a huge picture window (removal of old one too), installing a bathroom fan vent through the roof, fixing my gutters, adding aluminum to my windows that didn't have it, fixing a weird part on my roof and they installed my front porch vinyl railing that had come down a few months ago and when they did the fab they left an access panel incase we ever need to get up in there. These guys came in here and got this done so quickly and left very little mess behind. Most other contractors don't clean up behind themselves. They started at 8:45 and were done by 3pm and they didn't take a lunch! From the moment I met Jason when he came to look at what we wanted done, he made us feel comfortable with him and when he gave me a price, I was really comfortable with him! His price was very very fair. I had another guy out before Jason who quoted us $2800 just for the window and that didn't include installation. Jason came along and quoted me less than that for everything! !! I'm thinking of more things we want done because I've got myself a new contractor!!! I cannot stress how pleased we are with all the work they did! I noticed a negative review on here prior to having Jason out and I just think to myself, what contractor doesn't swear? I think most do but I'll tell you, they didn't do it here in front of us. Before they left, they did a walk around to be sure they didn't leave any garbage or nails and screws around. They really know what their doing and they do a wonderful job! Jason has a nice little crew with him! The guys were all polite and friendly. THANK YOU COZY HOMES!!!!!

I cannot give a rating since I have never purchased their services and I'm sure they're good at what they do. That's not why I'm writing this. Cozy Homes rents out the garages from my apartment unit for storage and my wife and I hear them about every other day. The noise is not bad at all but we hear swearing, spitting and yelling from the workers every time they're here. Their trucks block the driveway and they often use our parking spaces to lay out materials or do prep work. They have been rude and condescending to my wife and mother-in-law but never to me, probably because I'm 6'3" and quite big. Again, they may be great at what they do but they don't act professionally when I see them.

Wow, another home made cozy! Extremely proffesional, kept my informed throught the whole process of having an addition put on my house. would recomend to anyone who would like quality work, with a quality price!
