Dr. Morgan is great. Just when I was sure all the real doctors were in Columbus I found her, and she is wonderful with my kids. The receptionists however are terrible. They hardly ever turn on the phones when they open/after lunch etc. which makes it really hard when you are trying to schedule an emergency appointment for your child. They are also very rude and are difficult when it comes to scheduling appointments. I honestly think they might be trying to scare off patients so they have less work to do.
