Fairfield Center For Disabilities & Cerebral Palsy

The foundation for the organization began on September 9, 1954 when United Cerebral Palsy was officially incorporated. In January of 1981 the Fairfield County Council for the Disabled was established as a non-profit organization. In January of 1993, United Cerebral Palsy and the Fairfield County Council for the Disabled merged to create Fairfield Center for disAbilities and Cerebral Palsy, Inc. (FCdCP). The purpose of the merger was to provide better delivery of the many services offered to support individuals and families in Fairfield County.
