Been doing business with them for the last 4 years. Rent equipment and have my mower serviced there. They do a great job and they are nice and easy to deal with.

I called them about a kids go-cart that has a Briggs & Stratton 2 HP mower engine, that needed the cord replaced and tuned up. The guy on the phone told me that they were about two weeks behind but to bring it in and they would "fix it up". I loaded it up, took it to the shop and they the guy behind the counter said "we don't work on those". I told him that I had spoken with a guy the day before who told me to bring it in and he shrugged his shoulders and said "we have to much work as it is".



If you don't want to work on it, that's fine. But could you tell me that when I call, not after I've loaded the thing into my truck and driven it to the shop. Hopefully, this review will keep them from "..having to much work as it is" in the future.
