Don't live here! They don't cut grass.. No one picks up dog poop and there was a mouse in my dog's water bowl. Also the amenities are lacking.

I am not sure what they are doing here at River Valley but they need to keep it up!! This place has transformed majorly. I have seen better quality of people move in and the less desirable ones move along with their not so good kids, It seems what ever the office is doing they need to keep it going. I actually really like living here and recommend it here. Stuff is getting done right and its about time. Thank you manager and maintenance!!!!!

I have lived at RV now for 3 years and I must say its only getting better. They have stopped taking the sec 8 thingy and is now the community seems a whole lot better. The office gals are super sweet. I have fun living here. I def recommend this to eveyone i know.
