Provided by YP.comIf you are a 50+ woman looking for assistance with new products, don't bother going in there. I will have to continue going to Sephora in Columbus for my bare mineral needs. Initially I was so very happy to see ULTA in Lancaster as I live there, and that they carried Bare Minerals. I have been in there 3 times and each time none of the worker bees could be bothered to help me as I stood for 5-10 minutes in the bare minerals section as they have some new products I wanted to ask about. Each time they were busy socializing with one another, and one time there was a new hire that they were having do makeovers on other workers rather than trying to assist a real customer in need. Yet when some 20 something came in, they offered her assistance first, despite my standing there, obviously with an intent to inquire and likely purchase. Three strikes and you are out ULTA. Each time you have treated me like a non-entity and you have lost a customer. I have never had this problem at Sephora or the Bare Essentuals store at Polaris, where I will return.
