Provided by YP.comI've been there a few times and I've never been disappointed with their work. They don't exactly give a "Professional" vibe but they seemed to do good work and it was affordable. What brings me to this page today was not to leave a review but to look up their number to make an appointment... but I was surprised at the relatively low rating and had to balance it out somewhat.

short story.. dropped car off, 5 months with no work being done, picked car up in worse conditon, owner threatened to hurt me.
L:ong story... If i could give no stars I would. i left my car there for Mark ( the owner) to diagnose. I woulod call to check in on the car periodically, but after 5 months of it sitting in the front parking lot and noone ever working on my car, I decided to have it towed to a different shop that would actually work on it. Mark ignored our calls for awhile, but eventually his son answered the phone. i asked him if he could put the keys in the car, that the tow truck would be there shortly. he put his Dad on the phone and he agreed (rudely). The tow shows up and the shop is closed up and my car is sitting in the back of a fenced in lot, all chained up. I called the Lancaster City police who informed me that they knew all about that place and that it was really "sketchy". They would send the Auto Theft department out. We called MArk the next morning and he seemed to be apologetic and said he forgot about it and he would allow the tow to come get it now. the driver did pick it up but upon arrival we noticed that the front tires were flat. One tire so flat that it had fallen off of the rim. We called Arocha"s and explained the situation to mark"s wife who answered. She began cursing and screaming at us. She put Mark on the phone. He proceeded to tell us that if we ever call his establishment again, he will come to our house and "pump one into my face.".... on the phone with police again.

Provided by YP.comThe owner, Mark, was willing to make the needed repairs and charge a fair price. Was in the Lancaster area on business and had a breakdown late on Friday. Repairs were completed on Saturday. An emergency breakdown isn't the way most people want to meet a mechanic, but Mark took care of the situation. I would definitely go back.
