Never Ever Ever Ever Agian, VERY Poor customer service, nice poeple but cant run thier business up to par. 2! people work onsite 1 in the shop and 1 in the office, if you want you car to get fixed you need to leave it thier for at least 24hrs or more just for someone to look at it. in my passed exp. over 50hrs waiting for them to look at my car, to tell me they can fix it tomarrow. and sign says open tell 5pm but we you show up at 4-430 thier areadly gone (twice in 1 week). If you have no Life and Have all the time in the world to wait for your ride back This is the place for you. I stongly recommend looking elsewhere for you automotive needs.

Autoselect is a great garage. I was using a garage out of Columbia and was extremely disappointed with their conduct and work. A coworker gave me Autoselect's number. I had a few sensors replaced. The work was quick and the people there are 100% professional when they speak to me. They also did all the diagnostic work themselves. From now on I take my cars to their shop all the time.

This shop is great! They sell cars and do full service and diagnostic work. The mechanic's a great person, very easy to speak to and explains things very nicely and was very patient with all my questions. The shop has an hourly rate that beats everybody around town and I know they got me the cheapest prices on my parts because I called around too! They even called me before they installed any parts on the car to make sure it was what I wanted to do. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Lancaster area. If you dont want to be treated like and idiot or lied to and just want your car fixed the right way the FIRST time you take it somewhere, take it to AUTOSELECT. I was treated very nicely when scheduling an appointment and when I went to pick up my car, everything was already done and I didnt have to wait any longer than what I had been told.
