Very disappointed with the service. Bought a reclining loveseat that was a stock item nothing special. Was told is would be in in a week. This item never has problems with being delivered on time. It was not on the truck. Given an "estimated" date of two weeks later, it was not on this truck either. Now given an "estimated" date of one more week. The Supervisor I have been talking to on the phone has no idea where the furniture is made even though when we bought the Lane product we were told it is made in the USA. Or where the warehouse is that it is being shipped from. It is no supposedly have been shipped on May 28th but this supervisor cannot tell me when it will arrive at the warehouse in our area. How hard can all this be???

My husband and I bought two couches, a love seat, a chair and a kitchen table and chairs when we moved to PA. We had THEE best experience with Maureen at this location. We highly recommend this store. Furniture is very nice as well.
