I have always experienced excellent and professional service whenever I bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Brubaker for service and this visit was no exception. David was very good at explaining what was going on with my SUV at every step of the process. I will always bring my vehicle to Brubaker whenever I have an issue or just for routine maintenance.

several years ago I brought my town and country for service
It had a "P" code that only a Dealer could read
You said that using "autolite" spark plug in a Chrysler was wrong
I changed them to champion but a week later had the same problem you charged me a fortune to change out the coil and there was probably nothing wrong with it Finally after 3 tries you found that the Plug going into the "brain Box" was cracked this was probably the problem from day one and you charged me and arm and 2 legs to replace it

I really can't remember the names of the two men at the service desk. Both were very helpful. .
