Thinking of a building a new home? Don't go to Charter Homes & Neighborhoods. Trust me, you'll regret it for as long as you own that poorly built.



Charter Homes and Neighborhoods constructs poorly built homes. You will be sure to have issues with drywall, foundational issues and my personal favorite, what Charter Homes calls 'settling' issues. Which, is a fancy term for "we built you a poor quality home" and hope you will get tired of fighting us and give up.



Don't buy from Charter. Trust me, you'll regret it. Oh, and the "quality awards" they tout? They're not for actual home construction. They're for construction management. Don't be fooled!!!
