Domestic Violence Services of Lancaster County, formerly known as the Shelter for Abused Women, is a program that offers a range of emergency shelter, education, legal, outreach, volunteer, individual and group counseling, and information and referral services. It emergency shelter services provides temporary housing for abused women and children. The program conducts the Bridge Housing project, which offers transitional housing and supportive services for nearly ten women and children.
