not much personality encouraged for staff. lots of robotic types.

But, in spite of this dysfunction most of the staff is quite knowledgeable. Ryan..lead therapist is excellent but should leave his ego at home. Informed and intelligent but lacking warmth and humor. ..unless he is telling the joke. Relax. Have fun. Its a pre-requisite to healing.
