Staff is inattentive at best. Coffee was not hot and old. Taste was old and stale, meaning it had been left in the pot and on the burner. This was my second disappointing visit. Fool me twice, shame on me. The staff was busy chatting up friends and enjoying large iced drinks. In other words, bye bye!!!

Great coffee, great donuts and the best service at any Dunkin Donuts in the area.

The guy was texting while taking my order...unacceptable. no eye contact and was laughing hysterically and in no hurry to make my drink. 1/13/15

Although the staff seems friendly, I have had simple orders not correctly made a couple of times now. This morning I simply wanted a LARGE coffee extra cream & sugar, and I recieved a XLARGE coffee. I also asked for a plain bagel toasted w/ butter and I got to work to find a plain bagel w/ cream cheese. Would be a great place if they would pay attention to what the customer is ordering.
