You have to try them! I went in looking for a gift card for my friend and got much more. I was unsure what I wanted to purchase the gift card for, so they gave me a tour of the whole salon & pointed me in the right direction for the gift card. The front desk was so friendly and eager to answer all my questions. I can't wait to see how my friend's experience went because the atmosphere was so inviting! Can't wait to try them myself! What a difference a smile and great customer service can do for a business!

I do my best to receive massages on a monthly basis and have not found any that compare to Elan Hair and Spa! The therapists are very experienced and knowledgable and I always leave feeling extremely relaxed and with much less muscle tension then when I entered. They always give me ideas for home maintenance between my monthly massages which is very helpful and muchly appreciated. My massage experiences at Elan include much more than at any other establishment; I thoroughly enjoy the steam towels, the heated neck pillow, and the light refreshment to finish the service. I will certainly continue to frequent Elan Hair and Spa for my monthly massages and would recommend them to anyone!!

extraordinary staff,services,atmosphere. I have been to many salons all over the country, who knew the best would be in Lancaster, PA?! i loved the music, very eclectic. I was lucky enough to sample all their services with an excellent spa package that included lots of unexpected extras.

community appreciation

Two words: "Not Impressed".

I spa and have been to many, both in the US and abroad - Lancaster is my home.

My manicure and pedicure experience leaves me wondering if i will use the rest of my community appreciation program.

I'm use to putting my hands in warm soapy water as I begin my mani. Here I got a towel that wasn't warm and was mildly damp. Cuticle's were pushed back, dry - probably due to not taking the time to soak my hands.

No drying time after my pedi. They slipped on my sandels and said thank you. They messed up the one nail as they slid my sandle on (again no drying time) then proceeded to correct it. It was difficult trying not to ruin the nail polish since I had other errands - I eventually sat in my car and waited to cure.

Place to go

This is the place to go!!! For your hair and spa treatments. Every service I have gotten there has been beyond great. All of the employees are so nice and caring. I have never received a bad service. I have several stylist who cut my hair not just one, they are all well trained they even have a training program for them. I have had both facials and massages and they really focus on me and made sure I was happy and comfortable. A great plus is that they are green and sell Aveda products which are fabulous.

If you are looking for a place to go this is it.
