These people are crooked!!
I had a minor accident. The damage on the other vehicle was a dent the size of a dime! Owner insisted on taking it to Faulkner as their insurance company was USAA. They charged me $449. for a tiny dent. They would not let me pay cash for the repair. If I did they would charge me $572. Since when can an individual not be able to pay in cash. I know this company is crooked after talking with many people who have used them They over-charge and are not honest.

The shop could not have made it easier for me, they took the time to explain everything that was being done to the car and they did a great job on everything they did. I was worried that my car would not be right after the accident because I had a bad experience at a nearby shop before, but Faulkner did a great job getting the car back to new like I didn't even have a accident.
