HORRIBLE TAXI SERVICE. Called around 9:00 am to reserve a taxi to pick us up at 1:00 am that evening. We called around midnight to confirm that the cab was coming and was assured that there would be no problems. At 1:30 we had not received a cab yet. We called the cab company several times, each time treated rudely and hung up on each time we called. By 2:00 am we found another ride home. At 2:30 am we received a call from Friendly Taxi not telling us our cab had arrived, but asking if we would be ready for our cab to come pick us up shortly. NEVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. UNRELIABLE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

On new years eve, we called for a taxi. We were told about an hour and twenty minutes. We were ok with that. an hour and half later we called to see what was going on and they remembered our call, but never sent a cab. They told us it was going to be another long wait because they sent a taxi for the people in the next hotel room and forgot about us. Ten minutes later we called back to explain that we needed to get picked up asap because the show wee were going to had begun already and the the guy who answered the phone hung up on us. We called right back and demanded tp talk to a manager, he said he was the manager and hung up on us again. I would never ever recomend the use of this company. I will be doing everything I can to get in touch with the corperate headquarterd and let them know about this. I am not done getting my revenge for them ruining our new years eve
