Ordered a bed 6 weeks ago and it's still not here. Just get The run around as far as a time frame. They said it was leaving California 3 weeks ago and it's still not here. I feel completely scammed. Tried to cancel they told me no. So I had to go to my credit card company. Beware!!!Update: Received a call from the owner shortly after this review was posted. He left a voicemail telling me he would only issue a refund if I took this review down!! I was appalled that he tried to bribe me. I've already received a refund from my credit card co. I just feel bad for anyone who used cash. I've been contacted by numerous customers in the same boat as me. This isn't an isolated event. I've filed with BBB and attorney general's office. Enjoyed working with the owners Son. He was very helpful and prices were much less than other retailers. Our Serta mattress was made to order. We had it in less than a week with a smooth delivery. I am finally getting a good nights sleep.
