I contracted with Serena Reidel from this company, and she did nothing but lie, connive and manipulate the situation the entire time. She set up an agreement to sell our place as soon as her other client sold theirs. This never happened. A week after the aforementioned agreement ran out, she informed us that the other person backed out. Meanwhile, we find out that before during and after this agreement she was turning others away from our place. I believe she was manipulating the deal, so as to make commission on both ends. She's next to impossible to get a hold of, and never responds in a timely manner. Everything is by text message. I would advise everyone to avoid this agent.
