Provided by YP.comI've had nothing but great customer service from this company. Of course they want to sell a product, everyone in business does, but I have never found them pushy. I have had our vacuum repaired under warranty many times for various issues (including breakages that were our fault) and they have been prompt every time.

Provided by YP.comThis office has horrible customer service. Does not call you back when you have an issue with their product. Lets the time lapse so you are past the number of days for their return policy. Only interested in selling the product. I would not recommend them.
