I, quite unexpectedly, found all three of my kids in braces at the same time! I decided to join them in this "adventure" as an adult! Long Ortho made the journey as painless as possible - both to our mouths and my pocketbook! The ease of scheduling 4 of us and the efficiency with which they carry out their business is unparalleled. The office is clean and welcoming. Whether we needed to brush before an appointment or wanted a cup of coffe/hot chocolate while waiting, they had everything covered. Every single person, from reception to billing to ortho assistants took the time to know us personally. Scheduling an emergency visit was always accomplished quickly and efficiently. Drs. Andy, Manny and Eric are simply the best!
