I cannot stress enough how awful my experience was with them. I needed an ignitor for my furnace and paid express shipping. 4 days later my part had still not arrived and when it finally did it was the wrong part. I ended up paying a few extra dollars from The Repair Clinic (they were great!) and received the correct part. After six phone calls looking for assistance getting my money back, I was hung up on by Nik. Truly awful!

Ordered a new handle for my microwave oven after googling the internet for the part. McCombs had the part for almost half the price that I could have purchased it on Amazon. It was delivered within the week with FREE shipping. It was the right part, and luckily the screws from the old handle still worked (they didn't send new screws). Easy to install thanks to videos on YouTube!

Purchased a whirlpool/kenmore ice maker plus board in Feb 2014 4 weeks ago the ice maker quit working. Now 7 months later they want me to pay for shipping to ship another one but I still have to pay to send the original one back to them. Well this is at least another $18.00 I will have to pay to get another one that might work and might not well the hell what kind of company is this. Nobody that works there seems to care about customer service at all???

I purchased 3 appliance parts for my refrigerator. Out of them 1 did not fit properly although it was the proper model. When I asked for a return the company was less than helpful and have absolute horrible customer service. Good luck getting your $ back even if the fault is not your own...they will not take responsibility.

I contacted this company after hours, I was informed that they would check their inventory for the part I requested. However I would need to pay a $35.00 fee in "CASH" to the employee for this service. Even if they were not able to provide me with the part. I was concerned this was not a valid business practice. The next business day I contacted McCombs and spoke directly with the Owner Ken. He not only informed me that this was a standard business practice for them this was how the employee was paid for the overtime.
