Doctor working today is a complete moron!Messed up n wasted time n $!don't wast ur $ go to hospital!

Do you value your money? Go somewhere else.

Insurance probably wont cover it (they'll tell you they "take it" you have to ask if they are an "in network provider" or they will cover very little.

I was billed hundreds of dollars for 10 minutes of time.

MedExpress is awesome. I highly recommend. I went to the Lancaster, PA location in fall of 2011 for a flu shot: fast, easy, affordable ($20). I just went with what I thought was a sinus infection at 5:30 on a Sunday. The place is immaculate. The service prompt, friendly and efficient. The doctor was super nice. It's the not the place to go with any serious type illness or concern but for quick/simple illness: cold, flu, viral, etc. it can't be beat. The hours are so great and there is no haggle with trying to get an appt. I will go there again. (I did have a sinus infection. They gave me two scripts and they can fill them on site. Another wonderful benefit.)

I visited this Medexpress recently during the evening with a strange set of symptoms. The doctor I saw seemed uninterested and in a hurry to get me out of there. She asked only a few questions and immediately jumped to an unlikely diagnosis. I respect the fact that she has the degree not me, however it was a reckless diagnosis that made no sense. The next day I went to a regular doctor and he ordered an xray, ultrasound, and blood work to see what the problem was, after asking me a lot more than two questions.



I will say however, that the support staff at Medexpress was extremely polite and helpful. They even made a follow up call to see if I was feeling better. Maybe they should be doing the diagnostics, not the doctor?
