I brought in a sandal and asked him if it could be fixed. He snapped at me, then lectured me on why the shoe couldn't be fixed, with an air of contempt and disgust. I found him very rude and unfriendly.



So I went home, thought about the shoe...and ended up fixing it myself. It has stayed fixed, too.



So 100% not impressed. God, I miss Sam Fulginitti's old shop on Lime Street! That guy knew how to fix a shoe AND treat his customers right.
