This driver puts the "personal" in Personal Touch Transportation, but not necessarily in a good way. He asked a number of intrusive questions & even tried to hug me upon departure. He didn't mean it a creepy way, but in the current #MeToo climate,, it's simply not appropriate. He's just hired help--certainly not a close friend or family member. He also makes frequent religious references in conversatin; as someone who regards spirituality as a private matter, I did not appreciate this. Several other caveats: when he quoted the price, he "reminded" me to add a tip, which is exttemely presumptuous (to say the least); he originally requested a departure time several hours earlier than originally planned (which I flatly refused); & he insisted upon taking a slightly longer route to avoid paying tolls. At least he's punctual & generally polite, but he needs to remember that the he works for the customer, not the other way around, & should know his place in terms of boundaries.

I will not do business with Greg Albright ever again. I had used his services on one other occasion for a trip. This was OK, but I agree with another review written here that Greg crosses the line and tries too much to be friendly. I was willing to overlook this, so booked him in to take me and my companion to/from the Philadelphia airport. He was told upfront how much baggage I had. He informed me that he could not pick us up personally for return home, but gave the information to a man who helps him. I had to confirm everything with the helper... should not have had to be involved with him at all. We had 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-on's. From the beginning, the helper made me feel very uncomfortable as to whether he had room in his vehicle for that amount of baggage. The day Greg took us to the airport, I addressed this with him again. He e-mails me while we are in Sweden and says we should be fine. Then I had to buy another piece of luggage because I bought things while on a 10-country trip. I emailed the helper right away to let him know. He writes back that there is no way he can pick me up and suggested that I find a limo service. Right!!! Here I am in North Europe with poor phone connections, on a tight schedule and I am told that he and Greg thought it best that I find a limo!!!! Just absolutely awesome!!! I was furious. I wrote back that he could have rented a van if he had to. He writes back and says something like...."oh, I didn't think you would want me to do that"...."it would be an extra $100.00"....!!!! So, he and Greg left me stuck!!!!!! Never again will I use Greg Albright!!!! My travel agent, thank goodness, got an excellent limo service for us - and I will use them always. That is Unique limo....and they were awesome!! The driver was dressed very professionally - not in jeans - and did not try to get too chummy and friendly - he kept the line.....I was VERY pleased. Greg Albright's price is reasonable, but I will not use him again. I never should have had to interface with his helper at all - that is not usually how it is done. He should have arranged everything. That is what I paid him to do. I was also put off by him getting so personal - even though I realize that was his way of being "friendly". I was not there to make friends....I just wanted realiable, professional, service. I have also found out that the helper could have rented a van for $52.00 and .$15 for every mile over 100. However, I was IMMEDIATELY quoted $100.00... the whole thing was surreal...and the helper was getting surly....like "well, you knew that space was a problem- and you went and bought another piece of luggage."!!! Hmmmm....who was the customer here??? I did not waste the time to respond.

I had hired Greg to drive my wife to the store and back home she complemented him on how nice and professional he was but when she told me he asked about when I work what I get off work do I work late how far from home do I work and asked if next time he can come in and meet our dogs I think he crossed the line then he continued to text her hours after he dropped her off I find that extremly inappropriate although he was very helpful with the groceries she purchased and very courteous. I don't want to give him a horrible review but the questions he was asking definetly crossed a line and were inappropriate maybe he should separate bussiness from pleasure other then that price was very reasonable and was very thankful he did make an exception and went out of his way to get my wife but did make her feel a little uncomfertable.

Greg picked up my husband and I at 4 am the morning after our wedding and drove us to the airport. He was on-time, professional, and courteous. He even wanted to hear about how the party went! We arrived at the airport in plenty of time, and enjoyed talking to him on the ride. We would definitely recommend Greg for any transportation needs!

Highly recommended! We were transported to/from Harrisburg Airport. It was so convenient & about the same cost as it would have been for parking. We didn't have to worry about fitting all of our luggage into our vehicle, I didn't have to drive to the airport, I didn't have to park & take the shuttle at the airport. Our flight was delayed for hours on our return flight but Greg was there waiting for us :-) We claimed our luggage & we're outta there!!! I will always use this service when travelling.

If I need a taxi service, Personal Touch will absolutely be the first one I call EVERY TIME. I have used them several times now and every time they are honest, reliable, and always on time. They are friendly and courteous both on the phone and in person. They tell me what the total cost will be before I make the appointment and their prices are always the best in the area. The service is simply unbeatable. I would certainly recommend Personal Touch Transportation to anyone, especially in the Lancaster area.
