The lady at the front is very friendly and jovial. it's nice to have a lovely young lady help you when you're scrambling to get dry cleaning done. The tailor for this company does nice work, I think he learned his trade from the far east. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I dropped off 5 items to be dry cleaned. The slip said we could pick them up on Wednesday so on Friday we stopped in, the owner Charlie said the items were not ready yet and to stop in later that day. Remind you this had been a week they had our 5 items and it was noting special, no silk or fur just shirts and suit jacket. Stopped back Saturday morning and owner Charlie had not come into store yet and they didn't have our 5 items. We stopped in Saturday just before closing and owner Charlie was not in store but they had our items. Still not good. 1 item was never cleaned because the owner wanted to talk to us about the stains before he washed it. They had our phone number and we spoke to him in person twice. Charlie is a horrible owner and when we called him to tell him we were not happy with the customer service we received he said and I quote "well sorry I guess" really bad customer service. We always used Brighton cleaners and they are much better. Only tried this new place because we get gas at Giant to go.
