If I could give less than 1 star I would. $415 to install a hot water heater. We were told there'd be no hot water till it filled completely. After a week of lukewarm water and finally NO hot water and also finding a part that HAD to be installed but wasn't, we call. We're told 3 days to the next available plumber and the person on the phone is nasty, insist its the heater and hangs up on my husband 3 times. meanwhile we have no hot water. Save yourself a few bucks and a headache and stay FAR away!!!

This business is a big ripoff. The company charges more than what they quote on the phone..and their technicians needlessly waste time in order to overcharge. I was charged $500 to seal a toilet and replace the drain pipe below bathroom sink!...they charged me for 4 hours...but the technicians only worked for 2 hours.....i do not recommend this company to anyone.
