The respiratory therapist is great. However the secretary receptionist whatever it is you want to call her needs to be fired. She is slow unfriendly and makes you feel like she doesn't want to service. When asking you questions for her to fill out the paper out required of her she does it in a monotone I don't feel like being here voice

She was put on it 4 a reason.Use ALL give her parents a problem when it comes 2 here heart machine lead wires.And the black patches that hook 2 her belt.My daughter had 2 drive 2 meet u in Lancaster or Reading because u didn't have the supplies*pathetic ) it's ALL about the money.I will b cintacting my congress and Senatir in regards to ALL this.I as the grand mother even said NUMBEROUS time's I would pay fir them But I'm ALWys told no no no I will c that u either get your supplies tiday ir in the mail that's been a big "LIE" ever scenes we delt wuth yoyr company. And hiw is a supervisor not kniw HOW 2 rezer the machine? He looked at my daughter abd said oooo I dint know hiw 2 di that.I only download the memory "REALLY" And I called Tom the owner NUMBEROUS time's and nit ince got a return phine call.Please everybody do not consider thus Company it will b your WORST mistake.Find another company that actually carez and nit in it fir only MONEY.
