I was told I had a 5 year warranty when I was quoted the work by the owner. The work was done in April 2013. The tub started peeling after about 18 months later. I called David Selfon and he had me take a picture of the peeling and send it to him. He immediately called me and accused me of 'allowing my kids to put suction cups on the tub". I don't have kids nor have I placed anything on the tub other than a shower curtain. He never inspected the original job his employee did nor was he willing to honor his own warranty. Despite the fact that his employee explained to me the day of the job that he would paint the entire tub to do the job (which I watched him do), David claims his employee never painted the tub sides and therefore the peeling isn’t covered as he only painted the tub bottom. Note again: the owner, David Selfon was never at my house to see the work. He is trying to avoid warranty claims whatsoever. He also said his employees can't read or write so whatever they promised or said the day of the job apparently isn’t valid. I paid $325 for shabby work. Very unprofessional.
