We have come here on many occasions and purchased thousands of dollars in live rock, AI prime lighting, protein skimmer, and list goes on and the total is huge. I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect and friendly folks from staff to management. UNTIL TODAY. Alicia (supervisor in the fish room) was at the very best RUDE. We were looking at the live rock area and making our selections when we were treated like we were in third grade and took a pencil from the teachers desk without asking. Keep in mind we have purchased rock (this is the 3rd time) and have NEVER been told it was not a self service area NOR is it posted anywhere in the area. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The only reason i gave 3 stars instead of 1 is because every other occasion in this store has been Superstar quality. Truly disappointed today!!! I can only hope that management contacts me to at the very minimum apologize for Alicia’s terrible behavior. I wouldnt speak to my dog that way let alone a customer.

That Fish Place-That Pet Place has wonderful customer service. They really took the stress out of setting up my new aquarium and saved me some cash in the process. I received a lot of helpful advice that is serving me well. Not only are my fish surviving, but they are THRIVING in my tank. I've only had the juvenile cichlids for a little over a week, but they are all starting to color very nicely. Thanks to some helpful hints I was also able to get a couple of products that really decrease some of the stress in the tank resulting in less aggressive behavior. Overall I've had an amazing experience learning and shopping there! I will be a repeat customer for a very long time!!!

They shipped me a sick green spotted puffer and removed my reviews from their website. The fish arrived with a black stomach and completely brown on top. When I called they said it was just stress. I had this fish in a 400 dollar aquarium to itself that had cycled for months. I have several aquariums without problems. I treated the Ich as you should for scaleless fish but in the end nothing helped. Within a couple weeks the poor fish died and my children were in tears. The store should not be running or selling animals if their customer service is to sell sick half dead animals and not think twice.

I wish there was a rating less the 1 star . I purchased a filter for my aquarium online. I tried for a month to use it it wouldnt work right. I called in i was told that it could be an issue with cartriges. So i changed the cartriges . Still did not work . I returned it to the store. Huge mistake !!! They ran the filter for 15 min said it works fine. I said no it doesnt. I wanted to purchase a new filter. I actually picked a more expensive filter system. Go back to the register to be told there was a restocking fee because it worked fine for 15 min and i couldnt return the cartriges because they were used even tough they told me to use tgem. The customer service was terribe. Everyone had an attitued which made mine even worse. I WILL NEVER MAKE A PURCHSE WITH THEM AGAIN !

Terrible Customer service. Their whole attitude and treatment changes as soon as they have your money. DONT BOTHER

Buyer Beware!!!! They do not stand behind their products and service. I recently experienced a quality issue with a dog crate purchased from their store and they refused either an exchange or refund after it began bending after only 3 days of use. That Pet Place is more concerned with recommending medication or behavior classes for your critter rather than respond to serious quality issue. I won't be back.

I recently started pet grooming in the groom room at That fish place. The other employees are very friendly and the working environment is really comfortable and fun. All the employees definally show they ate there to help their customers and they show they love all pets.I hope to be with the company for a long time. Thanks That fish place for making me a member of your great! company : )

I bought rats and unfortunately they were both sick and one died 4 days after purchase and now bringing the 2nd rat to the vet tonight. I've seen many dead geckos that have been dead for days in there tanks with others still in the cage ( and even in the wrong environment), dead floating fish in aquariums that is not pleasant for little children to see. Staff is not helpful in any way, many are completely unable to answer questions. I will no longer be purchasing small animals from them.

We love That Fish Place. It is big, Has everything. And have good prices. Service is good as well. It is a neat place to go to just look around.
