Very good food and service

Alright, let me start by saying that I rarely ever leave reviews for anywhere, but this place needs reviewed BADLY.

Friends convinced me to come out to the brasserie on Saturday for karaoke, shame on me for giving this place ANOTHER CHANCE. Ordered the seafood scampi that I knew I enjoyed here before. After waiting more than 45 minutes for my meal, took one bite and there was just something gross about the taste. Let the waitress know that there was something really wrong with the dish (maybe shrimp or scallops were going bad???) She said she would talk to the manager about it to get it fixed. She walked right over to some guy that was clearly drunk, and I mean DRUNK. Singing, slurring his words... Waitress talks to this guy briefly before coming back over to the table to let me know that the restaurant wasn't going to take the meal off my check... WHAT??? A $27 dollar meal that tastes HORRIBLE, that I did not even eat??? I asked her if the man she went to talk to was the manager and she said "Unfortunately, he is the owner." Then she apologized and said that there's nothing she could do about the situation since he is in charge. I asked if there was another manager, but no, just this drunk guy. Then this drunk guy (OWNER) walks behind the bar to refill his beer glass himself. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. What is going on at this place?!?!

Prices are way too high. Service was extremely slow, maybe they should look into hiring more servers since they seem to be understaffed. Maybe they could look into hiring a manager to deal with any problems since the OWNER obviously couldn't be any less interested with helping guests and staff. This place used to be nice. It has gone so far downhill the last few years. VERY DISAPPOINTED. But I can positively say that I will NEVER EVER be back to this place. And luckily for me, my friends saw the events that had happened throughout the night and finally understood why I hate this place so much, and they will not be back either.

I never ate in the formal dining area at the Brassiere but have at in the bar area and outside.



I absolutely love all the food in the bar area and the atmosphere is great.



The outside dining area really upsets me though. The menu is not that extensive and there are a lot of high priced items. The food we had both times wasn't that great either.



If they could bring the bar menu to the outside area, that would be perfect!

Worst food I have had in a long time. My boyfriend and I only ate 2 bites of our dinner (BBQ Pork dinner and Prime Rib). It tasted worse than a frozen t.v. dinner. Our waiter did not seem to care when we explained how unfavorable our dining experience was. He did not offer an apology, a discount on our $60 bill, or someone else to talk to-a manager/host perhaps. We should have known when we walked in and were the ONLY people eating here on a Friday night! Would not eat here again if I were PAID to eat here!
