WORST UPS STORE IN LANCASTER COUNTY
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
If you just want to wast your time and your money and to be treated with disrespect, use their service. The supervisor is so rude and doesn’t care about customers. I was there on Friday about 3 pm for notarization service. I just wasted my time trying to explain to someone Who was so mean, treats his customers with no respect and has NO any knowledge about business services.

I used this store's notary services when my father was in a nursing home and we needed to be able to access his accounts to pay his bills. I warned the notary that he would need to come to the nearby nursing home, that my father was often incoherent due to dementia and heavy medication, and I wanted the notary to be comfortable that my father was, in fact, cognizant when he signed. The notary did all that, came with us to the nursing home, showed extreme patience, and was very kind throughout.
