Wolf Furniture -Lancaster, Pa has worst customer service and delivery. Upon purchasing a sofa and chair we were told that we would have to wait two weeks for standard delivery to our area Two weeks later upon delivery we were extremely disappointed when our furniture was delivered by a rental truck company rather than Wolf Furniture personnel. Suffice it to say the delivery people were in an obvious hurry and had little concern with the care of our purchased items. As a result, they left three black soot / oil streaks on our sofa chair which then had to be returned. Even more disappointing was that upon complaint, we were told that we would have to wait another two weeks at the earliest for the next delivery as orders from Wolf Furniture's Lancaster store must first be shipped from their Altoona, PA store to a Baltimore, MD location prior to being delivered to Western Lancaster County locations such as where our home is located. Our advice to Lancaster County Wolf Furniture customers: Shop elsewhere! Wolf Furniture obviously hasn't caught up with either 2016 customer expectations or 2016 standards of service.
